Using tap water, the process takes only a few minutes and involves NO CHEMICALS. The steam generated kills up to 99.9% of harmful household germs and effectively eliminates harmful bacteria. You can sanitize 4 wide mouth or 5 regular bottles and parts. Contents remain sanitized for 24 hours if the lid is not removed. Tongs are included.
