Shipping policy

We only offer shipping in Puerto Rico. As a result, all items purchased will have Sales and Use Tax (IVU) added at the final stage of checkout.

Orders will begin processing the next business day pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.

Shipping is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most merchandise is shipped via USPS. Actual shipping time can take up to 7 business days.

Oversized orders are available only for "pick up". Playards, car seats, Highchairs, strollers, and furniture.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost based on the product's weight, size, and shipping distance.
