Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Any refund will be issued as a store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges without a receipt will not be accepted.   Warranty of used items will be directly with the manufacturer. There will be no exchanges or refunds on purchases of floor samples or discontinued items.
Store credits are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Breast pumps, maternity and nursing pillows, underwear, support accessories, and baby carriers cannot be returned. The warranty of these items will be offered by the manufacturer. Return of items that were on Layaway or on order will receive a store credit. Infant car seats, convertible car seats, and booster seats can only be changed within a period of 24 hours after the purchase. All items must be sealed in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
